Robyn is a Director of Thrive Collective, a boutique People, Culture and Strategy consulting business. Thrive was created by two friends who wanted to support organisations to “Thrive”.
Robyn is passionate about businesses and their people and culture and applying her skills to build and transform people and organisations. Prior to Thrive, Robyn had an extensive career at Telstra, where she worked across diverse People & Culture roles including Talent, Performance, Leadership Development, Organisational Design, Organisation Culture and Employee Engagement Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) from the Flinders University (South Australia) and a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from the University of South Australia.
