Funded and self-funded projects
Funded projects give disability enterprises access to transformation support where the cost is covered through philanthropic or government funding. These often bring a group of organisations together to work through transformation side by side, sharing practical learning through a community of practice, as with the Evolve Pilot.
The current round of funded projects is closed for FY27. We’ll let you know when more funded places are available.
Self-funded projects are available to individual disability enterprises that want tailored support for a specific challenge or a broader transformation. If this sounds like you, get in touch with our team of advisors.
Who Evolve Transformation is for
Evolve Transformation is for disability enterprises that want to improve their organisation or undertake transformation and need tailored external expertise to help them do it.
You might have a specific challenge you need to work through, an opportunity to pursue, or a broader transformation to undertake.
