CAPABILITY BUILDING
PROGRAMS
We run programs to help jobs-focused social enterprises and impact-first organisations create more jobs.
Stronger social enterprises, means more jobs for those who need them.
Our capability building programs are practical, hands-on and led by experienced practitioners. Many of our team members have built and run social enterprises, so we bring deep knowledge and real-world know-how to every impact-first organisation we work with.
We big believers in evaluating our work too. We’re determined to know what works and what doesn’t so we can help advance the sector. If more jobs-focused social enterprises are thriving more people facing complex barriers can access real, meaningful employment.
